Yes, all Aznu phones come unlocked and all the data is erased before they are sold.
Aznu phones have a minimum battery capacity of 85% (but it’s usually more). And if there are any issues, every Aznu phone is covered under a 12-month warranty, including the battery.
Every Aznu phone comes with a charging cable, wall charger, sim tool and Norton 360 to get you started.
Yes. All Aznu phones are covered under a 12-month warranty.
All AZNU phones are Sim Free which means they are network unlocked and ready to receive your SIM from any UK supplier.
AZNU phones are from both the UK and EU. All AZNU phones are loaded with the latest UK operating system and are fully UK compliant and to manufacturer’s requirements.
All AZNU phones are loaded with the latest compatible android and iOS version at that time. When you first turn on the phone it will update automatically to the latest version.
We supply Apple and Samsung phones. But we’re always working on introducing new brands and products into the Aznu range, so keep an eye out.
You can check on how we’re getting on with your order by logging into your account. Just make sure you’ve got your username and password.
Checked out as a guest? No worries. We’ll shoot you a confirmation email when we’ve received your order. And then we’ll notify you again when we’ve shipped your Aznu phone from our warehouse.
We really hate cancelling orders, so we’ll usually only do it if the fab phone you’ve picked out isn’t available anymore.

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Debit Cards with all payments being taken by secure payment gate Stripe. We also accept payments via Apple Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Yes! We need to verify your credit card details, so the billing address on your card must match the billing address on your order. When you’re checking out, make sure you enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement to make your order go as smoothly as possible.
Don’t panic! There are a few reasons why your card might not be accepted. The most common are:
- The card you’re using has expired.
- You’ve reached or exceeded your credit limit.
- You’ve exceeded your daily charge limit.
- The card number, expiry date or security code have been entered incorrectly.
- The address you’ve entered doesn’t match the address on record with the bank.
If you’ve checked all those things and you’re still having problems, please contact your issuing bank for help. If your bank confirms there’s no issues with the card you’re using, but you keep running into problems, shoot our Customer Service team a message for more help, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Our team may ask you for the details of any error messages you’ve received while trying to place your order, as well as the reference for the order seen in the shopping basket. So make sure you keep these handy!

Our carrier will attempt to deliver your Aznu phone from Monday to Friday during business hours. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, we’ll send the phone back to our warehouse, and issue you a full refund
Once we’ve shipped your Aznu phone out to you, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation via email. This is where you’ll find your tracking number and the estimated delivery date.
And don’t forget – you can log in to your account any time to review your order status on the My Account page.

Shipping times vary by product, but you can keep an eye on your delivery status through your My Account page.
Once we’ve shipped your phone out, it usually takes around 1-3 business days for delivery.
We try to give you an accurate guess of when you’ll get your order, but it’s still just an estimate. We try hard to ship products according to the timelines provided, but sometimes it may get delayed.

Sorry – once we receive your order, we can’t change your shipping address. As soon as your order is submitted, we send your details over to our warehouse, and our system can no longer retrieve or change them.
Sorry, we can’t give you a specific delivery time. Our carrier will attempt to get your phone to you from Monday to Friday during business hours. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the phone will be sent back to our warehouse, and we’ll give you a full refund.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, this confirmation will contain your tracking number so you can track where your order is and what the estimated delivery date is.
At the moment, we only ship to UK Mainland.

At Aznu, we’re making it as easy as we can to help you get the phone of your dreams. Spend over £99, and you may qualify for a range of finance options that could help you spread the cost of your Aznu mobile phone into convenient monthly instalments.
We provide 6 and 12 month finance options, interest free. All applications are assessed and managed by our finance provider Klarna.

Your eligibility for finance from Klarna will be subject to your individual circumstances. However, you will need to:
be 18 years or older;
have a valid mobile telephone number and email address;
have a UK home address; and
have a credit/debit card that will be valid for 60 days after placing your order.
When you apply for Financing with Klarna, Klarna will make a full credit search with credit reference agencies who will supply credit information. The agencies will record details of the search, which can be seen on your credit file, whether or not credit is granted. This record will also be visible to third parties and may affect other organisations’ future decisions on whether or not to provide you with credit. For any questions relating to the credit check process, contact Klarna’s customer support team.
All payments are made by Direct Debit. Your payment will be taken from your account on or around the 5th of each month and won’t start until your new console has been shipped. You will receive an email notification which will highlight the payment has been made. You can use the Klarna App to change your bank details if required.
