Our Policy

Changed your mind? You can return any unwanted Aznu phone up to 30 days after purchase. Just make sure your items:

• Are unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact, and with all original accessories included (i.e. USB cable and wall charger)
• Don’t contain personal data or have been manufacturer-registered
• Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note

We want to make sure your phone is safe and sound when it gets back to us. So make sure you pop it in suitable packaging before sending it back. The better condition the phone is when we receive it, the sooner we can send it on its way to a new, loving home.
