We’re sure you’re going to love your Aznu phone. But if (for whatever reason) you need a bit of help or want to return your phone, it’s all good. Check out all the info below, and we’ll help you out.

Our Policy

Changed your mind? You can return any unwanted Aznu phone up to 14 days after purchase. Just make sure your items:

• Are unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact, and with all original accessories included (i.e. USB cable and wall charger)
• Don’t contain personal data or have been manufacturer-registered
• Have proof of purchase such as receipt or delivery note

We want to make sure your phone is safe and sound when it gets back to us. So make sure you pop it in suitable packaging before sending it back. The better condition the phone is when we receive it, the sooner we can send it on its way to a new, loving home.

How to return

We really hope that you never need to return anything to us. But if you ever do need to, we’ve made it as easy as possible for you. Just follow these steps:

Create your returns label

Click the link and enter all the necessary details to create your returns label.

You’ll be able to download your label from the next page. And you’ll also receive a confirmation email with your return label, ready to print off. We cover all the bases here.

Did you know you can now print your label at selected parcel drop off locations? You’ll receive an email with a QR code and instructions shortly after telling us about your return.

Your confirmation email also contains your tracking number. You’ll want to make a note of this so you can track the status of your return.

Submit your return

Returning your package

If you have printed out your label

Pop the printed label to a flat surface on the parcel, making sure it’s nice and secure. Avoid taping over the barcodes, so it can be scanned easily.

If you cannot print your label

When you create your returns label, you’ll get an email with a QR code. Just show this code to the attendant, and they’ll print out the label for you.

Then take your returns package with label or QR code to the Post Office and they’ll do the rest.
